HOW TO GET THERE:
The main road to Equitable Village, the Rose of Heaven Drive, abuts the Zapote-Alabang Road. Coming from Alabang, it is the second street on the left after SM Southmall. It is also the street after the second pedestrian bridge, the first bridge is in front of SM SouthMall. Coming from Zapote, it is the first street on the right after Puregold (which is on the left).
From the intersection, walk inwards a short distance to where the blue-painted tricycles marked TEPTODA line up for passengers. Board the next available unit. You can choose to share the ride, thus pay for one head, or ask to go ‘special’ and pay for two heads. Ask to be brought to No. 2 Coral Bells St.
Along this street, one passes through two guardhouses, the second of which is the Equitable Village guardhouse. The second street on the left, after the second guardhouse, is Coral Bells – kaliwa. This curves to form an ‘H’ with the next street, Cherry Blossoms – kaliwa. The tree-crowded lot along the shorter leg of Coral Bells is the training site.
COMMUTING FROM ANYWHERE WHICH CONVERGE ON ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA, MM
Take any public transportation that would take you to Alabang rotonda in Muntinlupa; Get off at Alabang, proceed to the South Terminal. Lookl/ ask for the place where Zapote-bound jeepneys pick up passengers. You will probably have to cross via the pedestrian walkway to get to this place; Board a jeepney that has Zapote, Zapote Kaliwa, or Baclaran on its signboard. Do not board one that only has SouthMall as destination. Ask to be let off at Equitable Village.
If you reach Puregold, which is on the right, you are past the Equitable Village main street. Get off here and walk back a short distance.
COMMUTING FROM ANYWHERE SOUTH OF ZAPOTE (Cavite, southwards)
Take any public transport that takes to or through Zapote ( Las Piñside or Bacoor side). Get off, take any jeepney that has Alabang or SouthMall on its signboard. Ask to be let off at Equitable Village along the Zapote-Alabang Road. If you reach the market on the right, you have passed by it. Get off and walk
COMMUTING FROM ANYWHERE NORTH OF ZAPOTE (Parañaque Pasay, northwards)
Take any public transport that takes you to Alabang via Zapote, or to SouthMall via Zapote. It is best to ride that one that goes via the Coastal Road or CAVITEX. Ask to be let off at Equitable Village along the Zapote-Alabang
VIA OWN VEHICLE:
FROM ALABANG – take the Zapote- Alabang Road. Then follow similar instructions as that for communters. At both guardhouses, tell the guards that you are visitors of Mr. Reynaldo Cuyugan of Equitable Village.
