SB shall do DUEG PART 3 early December 2013. As before, the target beneficiaries are the
pupils and students, daycare to high school levels, at the Dueg Resettlement
Community, Sitio Dueg, Barangay Maasin, town of San Clemente, province of
Tarlac.
As before, we shall distribute pencils, ball pens, pad
papers, notebooks and crayons and the merienda consisting of macaroni soup with
chicken and vegetables, plus a pack of biscuit each.
This time, however, we hope to generate enough cash
contribution to enable us to give each child, from grades 1 to 12 (elementary
through high school) one good T-shirt each.
A good quality T-shirt, printed with the sponsor’s logo
and/or SB outline logo, would cost around P130 to P150 each. We should plan for 230 – 250 pieces.
While we prefer that the tees be in common quality and
design, we welcome donations of T-shirts with pre-printed corporate or project
logos. We only ask that these preferably
be in children’s and young adult sizes.
Although we prefer in white or yellow colored tees, we welcome those in
other base colors.
We need help in sourcing donations in cash or in kind. Please
send me via e-mail (rfcuyugan0605@yahoo.com.ph)
or via SMS (+63917-5461576) the names, title/designations, addresses of your
prospective donors who may require formal requests.
Donations in cash may be coursed via any SB officer, or may
be directly deposited to any of the following accounts:

When you do deposit, please let us know so we can account
for these.
Comments from the previous Dueg outreach have reached us to
wit: we are different from other
outreach groups in that we do not give away randomly to those who get in line
quickly, and aggressively.
We intend to keep it that way. We have targeted specific members of the
community – the enrolled pupils and students.
Only after they are served that we shall distribute excess items
randomly.
